Business Transformation of a German Manufacturer

Frankfurt, Germany. NonZero Ventures has initiated an effort to help a German manufacturer assess the feasibility and value of acquiring another manufacturer. As part of this effort, NonZero Ventures will also develop a business transformation path for the combined company.
